-Added Pick Block Plus
-Created recipe for uncompressing Thaumcraft's Flesh Blocks
-Fixed Potion ID conflicts between Witchery and Thaumic Tinkerer, as well as Ars Magica and The Aether
-Disabled all Dynamic Surroundings Fog for conflicting with various Biomes O' Plenty Biomes, as well as morning fog being utterly broken near the void
-Lowered thresholds for DSurroundings hunger and health effects, so morphing into a bat doesn't make your heart pound in your ears
-Disabled MouseTweaks item scrolling, which conflicted with Inventory Tweaks item scrolling
-Hopefully hid like 200 pages of NEI dedicated to thousands of microblocks and facades (among other things)
-Properly removed Achievement Books' Demo Book which, no kidding, showed up in NEI despite not having an item ID, and crashed the game if you hovered over it
