The non-fact pack

first main release for the modpack. Major changes here are actually more mod removals. The following mods have been cut to reduce lag and because I felt they were not properly integrated with the rest of the pack:

Lycanite's mobs,

SCP lockdown

SCP lockdown: extras

SCP lockdown: heavy containment expansion.

although the SCP mod is new to version 2.0, I have ultimately decided not to move forward with it.

other minor changes:

Rebuilt quest rewards. these might be further tweaked in the future since most quests have similar rewards but for now theyre fine.

Decreased sea serpent +dragon roost spawn chance. again. also dragons no longer spawn in the twighlight forest. 

decreased masoleum and dread key spawn chances, but increased chances of dread lich spawning.

planned for the next patch (probably sometime next week):

New generated structures (Ratlantean lab + cemetery.)

more testing with ONS mod to see if i missed anything.
