Fix empty chests in the spawn

 

Remove Chunk Pregenerator

 

Modify loottables to have more stuff (like grenades) in chests
Modify weigth of loottables to have less incredible chests

 

Add Legendary loottable to have better diversity in chests and better stuff after the starting
