Made every Enchantment go to over 127 (excluding some Curses and some negative potion effects)

Made it so every enchantment is lootable up to level 10! (exception of curses/negative potion effects because no one wants to deal with Hunger lvl 100 on leggings found in a chest)

ENCHANTMENT OVERRIDE DOES NOT WORK AFTER FURTHER TESTING! That's just being surprised over Apotheosis...
