Removed Pam's BoneCraft and Pam's Desert Craft because they were causing server-side issues. From preliminary testing, the v0.1.6 server pack and client pack are both fully functional. Feel free to use any of this on your servers or on your own singleplayer worlds, and make sure to report any bugs you find and make suggestions for improvements.
