Nightmare Craft: Evolved

I fixed some configs that represent more of what I want and to improve some performance (For example I toned down the particles of the tornados from the weather mod). I removed some entities that caused poor gameplay and unpleasant amount of noise. I added a few odds and ends as well. Including a note taking mod. I am doing a little series on the modpack and trying to improve it over time as I play through it. I also found on my end that for some reason you could not smelt cobblestone into stone. Hopefully you didn't have that issue but just in case you have that issue it will be included in the download.

If you find something broken like a recipe or mod please let me know so I can try and fix it. If you find something you want added or removed please let me know.
