Edit: I've no idea how to create a default config, (there were no tutorials, nothing) so instead of using "Item Banning" I'll learn Craft Tweaker and re-write it in the console itself

Ps. I didn't have time to export a new file to delete Item Banning before a trip, (v. Beta 1.5) will include banned items (AoA guns, etc.) and either kill quests or the market
