The Excelsior Revision for NexPack 3.0 is the first installment in the NexPack 3 line and hopes to bring new mods to the table as well as keeping fan favorites, Tinker which was supposed to come back in 2.8 has been removed and switched with Tetra Mod and Spartan Weapons.
