Added a few last minute decor mods and removed some problem mods (i think (i might have done it with the last version i cant remember))

Also did some minor config tweaking again.

This should be the final version of the pack for the for now. I will post updated separated versions for client and server once I figure that out, but the mods and configs should stay generally the same probably i think
