1.2.3: Monday Maintenance

A couple unnexpected fixes, some downgrades, and a new backport. Huzzah!

Additions:

• Accessories Compatibility Layer (fixes the issue we were having with Simple Hats)
• Sufur Depths (a decent sufur cave / sulfur cube backport that I'm sad to say doesn't work with sponges the way it should)

Updates:

• All mods to current versions as of 3PM Central, August 17th WITH THE NOTABLE EXCEPTION of Sable and Create Aeronatuics which have been reverted to previous versions to resolve/avoid a UDP networking issue they've created.

Removals:

• Miner's Delight (created way too many infested blocks in the world gneeration, cuasing for runaway silverfish populations.). 

Forecasted Changes:

I don't foresee any additional changes until Saturday, but my personal hope is that by that time the teams behind Sable and Aeronatuics will have fixed their UDP issues.

Methodology Changes:
