1.2.1: Configs and Fixes

I accidentally over-wrote this changelog and now have to re-do it from memeory but...

Additions:

• A configured DH mod file to hopefully improve performance on less powerful hardware.
• A starter kit complete with some basic tools and a journal.

Updates:

• All mods to their current version of as of 12pm central 8/8

Removals:

• Nothing from Previous Version

Forecasted Changes:

It's a bit misguided for me to think this will be the last time I ever have to patch the pack for stability, so IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS TO REPORT, please consider leaving a comment on the curseforge page or joining our discord.
