A bunch of long overdue fixes and tweaks

- fixed coal and charcoal milling into black dye instead of dust; the dusts can now be milled again into dye
- moved waystones to LuV
- disabled wireless stuff from gtmthings
- moved mechanical press back to the start of the kinetic age and made simple guns available earlier
- ZPM supracausal circuits no longer require other ZPM circuits
- farmer's delight food is now cuttable with mechanical saws and electric cutters
- tier 4 rocket now uses helium plasma as fuel
- crafting tables, hay bales and chests are now breakable without a tool
