Two skilltree for boosting health and attack was overpovered, so default skilltree removed.

Also ProjectE equipments are OP too, crafting recipe for one item (which is bridge to balanced and unbalanced game) removed. 

Emerald EMC value dropped as 1/8, because village trades overrules all EMC farming logic.

And at last, enchanting table EMC values set with balance.
