So Fex's Random Stuff mod is what was causing issues for the iron vacuum bag. Given 90% of the good stuff does not have a recipe (and so can't be used outside of creative) I've elected to remove is and turn carbon back on.

This will of course cause 200+ entries to disappear from a save, but the realism of vehicles causing environmental decay was just to strong of a cause to push. Gretta Thunberg may be proud.

The future will see more smoothing out of disconguencies and maybe even a quest or two, but for now it is just a simple mod removal (and some updates).
