Changes & Updates

The Infinite Tsukuyomi!

  • New ultimate jutsu, unlocked as the Ten-Tails Jinchuuriki with an active Rinne-Sharingan
  • Casts the Divine Tree at the caster's location — tendrils crawl across the landscape following terrain, pulling everything in range toward the roots
  • Cocoons trap victims, siphon chakra over time, and spawn White Zetsu on death
  • Red sky atmosphere with custom sun/moon textures inside the event radius
  • Drops a Chakra Fruit at the natural end of the event — eating it grants a permanent max-chakra boost depending on siphoned chakra
  • Chakra Fruit is entirely configurable, including ownerhip-reservations, ceilings and conversion rates
  • All tunables live in JutsuConfig.cfg under [infinitetsukuyomi] — duration, pull radius, sky radius, siphon %, fruit conversion %, caster-offline grace, white zetsu lifetime, fruit ownership gate
  • Players with Rinne-Sharingan are completely immune to the event's effects
  • Caster must keep Rinne-Sharingan active for the duration; offline grace and deactivation grace timers handle short interruptions before auto-ending the event
  • This jutsu currently is mainly focused on PvP as mobs don't siphon chakra. This will probably change in the future
  • We recommend to server owners that you disable Rinne-Sharingan and Infinite Tsukuyomi for Rinnegan in the LearnerConfig.cfg as these are WIP and need some thorough testing

Genjutsu Rework!

  • Brand-new Genjutsu engine: new client sided effects like frame overlays, vignettes, illusions, mimicries, screen freezes, fake chats and more
  • New: GenjutsuConfig.cfg: per-effect duration cap, per-target stack cap, immunity gates, and per-effect on/off toggles all in
  • Mode EffectResistance that reduces incoming genjutsu durations
  • New jutsu: Genjutsu Diffusion: Kai — utility jutsu that scans every active genjutsu on you and rolls per-effect to break each, with auto-success at a configurable stat ratio
  • Diffusion Kai unlocks at 100 Genjutsu similarly to the Ken- and Taijutsu learners
  • Migrated Tsukuyomi, Sharingan, Kurama and Ketsuryuugan genjutsus to the new system
  • All Genjutsu Diffusion: Kai cost / cooldown / scaling tunables live in JutsuConfig.cfg under [genjutsudiffusionkai], edited the same way as every other jutsu

Other Changes

  • New Rinnegan Learner progression step that awakens the Rinne-Sharingan, gated behind owning the Ten-Tails
  • All debuff potion effects — vanilla and modded — now require the source pass a PvP check before they land on a player target
  • Every reworked genjutsu runs the standard PvP check before afflicting any effects
  • /chakrafruit <chakra> [target] [owner] — admin command that spawns a Chakra Fruit
  • /kenjutsu — unlocks the Ken hotkey skills for a player
  • Skill Learners now show their full progression steps on Shift-press
  • Chakra Scroll stack size raised from 4 to 16
  • Simply sneaking charges stamina now instead of sneak + chakra charge hotkey
  • Default stamina charge speed lowered slightly; TaijutsuConfig now has more control over the charge speed
  • Water Release: Bubbles spawn spread improved
  • Summons stuck in another dimension to their owner now teleport home or get culled instead of lingering forever
  • Uzumaki Heal Bite — phantom self-hit replaces the old Weakness debuff

Bug Fixes

  • Bijuu eye-height fixed across the board and added melee reach extension. With this change we hope to have fixed the floor-clipping in bijuu stage 2/3
  • Fixed the half-death bug — players no longer get stuck at 0 HP without actually dying
  • Fixed Flying Thunder God crashing when cycling onto offline targets; unavailable marks now auto-skip during cycling
  • Fixed Yamanaka Mind-Body Curse Puppet insta-respawning the target at the death location
  • Fixed Insect Clone, Super Explosion Clone, Bind Clone and Easter Summon not honouring the new summon logic
  • Fixed Bone Spike Blocks showing a missing texture between segments
  • Fixed multiple clones overriding their configured lifetime
  • Fixed EMS resistance not actually applying
  • Cleaned up multiple Tsukuyomi / Genjutsu rework rough edges in the post-merge fix-up
  • Dragon Jutsu hitboxes improved (not perfect but better)
  • Tai Learner no longer requires 2 Taijutsu to progress
  • Dash jutsus no longer feel glued to the ground — they preserve a small vertical impulse for natural flow
  • The JutsuConfig now automatically fixes invalid entries like Required Release: " " itself
  • Jutsu chakra cost, scaling, and config-extras are now stamped into per-stack NBT and read from there to fix some desync between changed configs and stated costs

Server owners should review the new [infinitetsukuyomi] and [genjutsudiffusionkai] sections in JutsuConfig.cfg, the new GenjutsuConfig.cfg and the Keep Chakra Fruit Bonus toggle in ResetConfig.cfg before pushing this to their playerbase. We also recommend checking the Rinnegan section of the LearnerConfig.cfg in case you want to disable learning Rinne-Sharingan or Infinite Tsukuyomi.
