Hello NARKERS!

Looks like JEI was fixed which means we get to add it back in!
Removed REI & components and replaced it with JEI.
Removed Builder's Delight. Please make sure you are not using this mod before updating. This will remove all of the blocks placed.

Removed mining lasers and building gadgets. They just don't work well plus we have other options for mining!
Updated and added a couple of mods.
