Wow, I over looked the server side of NARK. After a couple hours of troubleshooting I was able to get rid of the mod that was causing the issue.
// Deleted over 10 mods that I thought were not needed. Added Packet Size Doubler to combat the many mods that made changes to networking/packets (Server-side only).
