Removed Open Parties and Claims by xaero96. Could be causing crashes, might be that it just needs an update, but I would rather have a different claim system instead.

Removed FTB Teams, Library & Quests. Most likely culprit of the recent server crashes according to the Bisect moderators I've spoken to.

Added Charm Fixer to potentially resolve a server kick bug with Alloy Forging; accessing the forge from Alloy Forging sometimes kicked players from the server.

Added Get Off My Lawn ReServed, handy claims system with the ability to add extra utility to claims such as explosion protection or creative flight.

Added a special mod that I won't name because it sounds like the perfect prank to test on my users, hopefully Pekhui doesn't brick it.

Added Stack to Nearby Chests because it sounds like the best thing since pizza.

Added Better Combat because vanilla combat is terrible.

Added No See, No Tick to hopefully boost server performance while there are several people playing at once.

Added Nyctophobia because creepy biomes sound awesome.

Added VanitySlots because my players are cosmetics w**res.

Added Artifacts because one of my players wants his bunny slippers back. 

Added Pufferfish's Skills to add a form of a leveling system, might nerf exp rate depending how difficult it is to level up in the system.
