Added the Cyan Ancient City Style pack

Added the waterworld map again, tested and trialed. Because of this I:
- Added teleport cakes version 2.1.1. While traveling to the nether is doable without the cakes, traveling to the end was not possible until now.
- I used the biome plains for the waterworld map, so sheep are able to spawn naturally.

Why this update was long overdue? This modpack was used in a competition, so updating it mid-competition was not done.

- Updated backpack rendering to allow resource packs to easily override tank fluids, battery charge and where display item renders on the backpack. Also updated worn backpack rendering to render the same model that it uses for item and block and to also allow positioning / scaling of the backpack on player's back using regular item transformation settings.
- Fixed crash when backpack is in curios slot after the previous rendering change
- Fixed battery rendering that was broken for placed backpack in some directions.
