New Mods Added:

Akashic Tome - Adds a handy book that will store other guide books for mods, so you only need 1 inventory slot.

Alchemist's Combat 2 - Adds an enchantment that will let you coat a weapon with a potion's effects.

Apotheosis - Various extra utility blocks, enchantments, and mechanic additions. Enchantment changes turned off in favor of ones from Enscorcellation. 

Artifacts - More baubles!

Carry On - My wayward son, now you can pick up mobs and chests!

Cosmetic Armor Reworked - Adds extra armor slots that do not give armor stats, but are transmog for what you're wearing. 

Dark Utilities - Extra utility items in a collected back. Think ExtraUtilities 2 but smaller.

Extra disks - More disks for larger and varied storage types in Refined Storage.

FerriteCore (Client Side) - Memory Optimization mod to help improve performance. 

Kubejs - Various Cross-mod compatibility scripts to make things play nice!

Morph-o-Tool - Adds a handy wrench that will store other wrenches for mods, so you only need 1 inventory slot.

Off Hand Combat - Support for dual wielding weapons and attacking from the offhand slot.

Performant - Server and client memory and algorithm improvements. 

Pretty pipes - Elegant pipe solution with filters and crafting support.

Stackable Everything - Lets you stack things you really should be able to.

Subterranean Wilderness - Successor to WTF's CaveBiomes. Adds new Biomes to cave systems to make caving more interesting.

The Outerend - Bonus end expansion with new biomes. Works with Endergetic.

Thermal Innovation - Added some more thermal machines for easier and less laggy automation. 

Wormhole (Portals) - Adds support for portals that can send you to any predetermined location. Can be placed horizontally. 

Removed:

Collossal chests - Redundant with Refined Storage, and causes lag with large multiblocks chests opening.

Gaia Dimension - Caused issues with "badly compressed packet". Likely due to block ID limit.

Good Nights Sleep - Caused issues with "badly compressed packet". Likely due to block ID limit.

Savage and Ravage - Caused issues with "badly compressed packet". Likely due to block ID limit.

Spice Of Life Potato Edition - Wasn't letting us remove the slow eating, so removed.
