Mustard Craft

Small but pretty integral patch, fixes an exploit with the new spectate system and ramps up mob spawns a lot more because I WAY overcorrected when turning the values down, I'd archive 1.6.0 but tbh I cannot be bothered to write out all those patch notes again so

• Fixed an exploit with the 'Respawn in Survival' button while spectating that caused players to appear downed where they were last spectating rather than respawning from their spawnpoint, also added a "Respawning from spectator" chat message to let other players know when somebody respawns amongst the command spam in chat so they know wtf is happening
• Configured mob spawn rates again to be much closer to previous values, last patch was DESOLATE bc I put them so low so hopefully this will make a good medium, might tinker with this more if it's still not quite right
  
  Known issue is that Players respawning from spectator leave behind a corpse, doesn't affect much but it can be kinda weird when the world is littered with corpses that have nothing on them dropping out of nowhere
