Bug Fixes:

General Changes:
-All new metal parts can now be melted in the smeltery as well
-Added a command on right click with a flake that will tell you what allomantic powers you have
-Increased the chance for inert crystals to spawn in an Arcanite vein
-Changed Stainless Steel and Fireite to tier 5 alloys
-Added tags to IE mechanical components
-Material Changes
--Nickel is moved to a tier 2 metal
--Constantan and Invar are now tier 2 alloys
--Thorium is moved to a tier 3 rare metal and has no ore
--Imortite, Kharaxium, Vincyte, and Jimmium sorting tweaked to reflect these changes
--Reinforced Electrum requires cobalt now
--Compressed Aluminum requires cobalt now
--Removed Stellarite as a material for now (no effective changes from this)
--Vinteum is now crafted with Tier 1 Magical Alloy
--Transmuted Silver is now crafted with Mithril

Ore Processing/Refining Changes:
-Swapped Infused and Clusters to better match processing
-Removed incorrect mana compressor and Pure Infusion chain recipes
-Swapped Intert Crystals to Contained in 16x processing
-Removed vestigial mek and elementalcraft ore processing

Multiblock Changes:
-Added Sintering Oven

-Crystal Growth Chamber now uses a normal fluid hatch instead of a tank
