Description
The MUDSCAPE is a place of mud. It expands upon the swamps and mangrove swamps. New civilizations can be found in the swamps. With the use of mud, there are a variety of new building blocks you can use. Mud everywhere.
Using alchemy, technology, and tinkering, you can become quite the impressive Minecraftian in this weird world.
Key mods:
Trails and Tales +: expands upon the Trails and Tales update while additionally adding new content to other places in the game like the End dimension. Adds some features that never made it to the vanilla game like mobs that lost the mob vote.
Swampex, Swamps +, Swampier Swamps: all 3 of these mods enhance the swamp biomes by adding new mobs and blocks (including giant lily pads!).
New&Muddy, Clayworks: New building blocks with mud and terracotta/clay!
The Dawn Era, Unusual Prehistory, Species, Arthropocalypse: Adds dinosaurs and other bizarre creatures to the game. Some of them are very dangerous and are to be avoided. You can obtain ancient eggs to hatch. Some of them look cool. Some of them look... utterly bizarre. Watch out for tar pits.
The Undergarden: The Undergarden is a place of mystery and wonder. The Undergarden is an underground dimension of MUD, sediment, rocks, and lush environments. There are friendly mobs, but there are also dangerous nasty mobs that lurk everywhere.
Glowroot: A very unique tech mod that adds a new underground luminescent cave biome with new mobs and impressive technology to use.
Cave Stuff: adds new strange monsters underground and adds guano, which is gross. Also adds other cool cave features.
Tinker's Construct: a classic tech mod with the slime islands. Has slimy dirt which is pretty much mud.
Use various materials to craft the best equipment.
Alchemistry: Adds all of the chemical elements. Adds machinery to obtain/use them.
Reactive Alchemy: not to be confused with Alchemistry, use various magical fluids and materials for magical purposes.
Keep in mind that each time you start a new world, you will always spawn in a swamp. There are structures that will spawn in places where they usually wouldn't.
