More (Custom) Pollutants

Fixed some pollutants not being filterable due to wrong "identification" (how the filter is classified in the text document of the individual pollutant) what the filter material is.

Nitrogen no longer has the dark_purple textcolor and now has Gold/Orange.

Chlorine is now filtered with Water_buckets and produces polluted water buckets resulting from filtering.

Carbonmonoxide is now filtered with Cobwebs and produces white dye as a result from filtering.

Hydrogen is filtered with iron ingots and produces light gray dye as a result from filtering.

Oxygen is now filtered with String and produces blue dye as a result from filtering.

Ozone is now filtered with Coal and produces Cyan Dye as a result from filtering.

All Other Pollutants, including the 3 base ones, should now work being filtered with eighter any wool_block, paper, or any leaves and produce dyes of the respective pollutants color.
