Modular Valence

Removed many unnecessary and/or redundant mods, including Mob Grinding Utils, Create Deco, and some others. 
Added Infernal Expansion and the no-longer-buggy Redstone Arsenal, along with some other misc. utility mods, including one that lets you modify armor stand properties by shift+right clicking on them. 

Changed a wide variety of textures using the Forge:perspective tag to make some huge swords that don't look jarring in the inventory. Changes include nearly ALL blue skies tool sets, All Eidolon:Hexblades weapons (except the hammers), some Aquamirae tools, Draco Arcanus items (now Dread Angel items), Cyclic's crystallized obsidian items (now Dark Matter items), among others. 
Other changes include various boss musics.
