FIXED THE TITLE SCREEN! it should work on startup now :)

Fixed various mobs being able to steal things they shouldn't. Pixies can no longer steal, and Rats have both their farm raiding and chest stealing disabled. Seagulls have certain items (like infinite food items and end game culinary construct sandwiches) blacklisted from stealing. As far as I know seagulls can now only steal easily replaceable food items.  

 

updated Apotheosis to its 1.18 backport, it now includes infusion enchanting among other things, this is a late game method to make unbreakable potion charms

removed Structurize: as much as I love cactus planks, 25 JEI pages of useless items was just not worth it.
added Decorational blocks and its compat mods
added XK's decorations mod

added Rats (do NOT update this mod! its latest release is bugged to hell and back and is not viable for play. keep it on 7.1.1.)
