Added a bunch of end-game recipes, using Boss drops from various mods. This includes stuff like the Everlasting Guilty Pool, which can also be converted directly to RF by just throwing in RF storage containers (this works with all botania mana) However the RF generation even with the everlasting pool is less than mid-game generators from Powah and Mekanism, so it's balanced in my eyes. This feature can be removed by just uninstalling the "Mana 2 RF" mod.
