Added some new texture packs, one of which may not be utilized until future updates however.

Removed the op Apotheosis recipe where you could make torches without the use of coal by putting sticks on a campfire

Changed the output of Mekanism's torch sawing recipe from 1 stick & 1 coal to 1 stick & 1 charcoal
