Before you could use Mekanism's enrichment chamber on certus quartz seeds and dust to get pure certus quartz. Now enriching dust gives you regular certus quartz.
Certus quartz wasn't renewable because it cannot be obtained through Industrial Foregoing's laser drill multiblock. Now using Mekanism's combiner you can combine nether quartz dust with polonium to create certus quartz dust.
