Avoiding updating mods, mostly due to some incompatibilities experienced earlier in development. Instead, have config/EMC and mod list changes! You may now use a slightly more coherent solar panel situation, move your powah with cables, and make sleeker staircases and catwalks.

Mods Removed:

-Thermal Solars; reason: Solar Flux Reborn has a nicer system in my opinion, as well as feeling more suited to work alongside Powah

 

Some config/EMC changes:

-Create some EMC values for more seeds, solar panels, stone types

-Cleaned things up a tad (I forget what all I did...I got lazy and wrote nothing down)
