Changed charging station Research item due to issue with it being unattainable.
Changed coke brick research to require Mek charcoal instead of Quark due to oredict conflict.
Tweaked and set up True Dwarf mode. Choose skyblock mode when creating the world to enable this play mode.
Added custom skyblock world configs.
Added custom 'island' for true dwarf mode.
Please note True Dwarf mode is still in testing.
Added quest to point players towards new JEI sifter outputs redcatone added.
