[MMS] Modded Maven Survival

Ramping up attempted optimizations and changes for the upcoming open beta!

- Removed Mystical Agriculture
- Removed Malisis Doors
- Removed Realistic Item Drops
~ Trees now grow considerably faster, but they have a chance of dying when fully grown
~ Dynamic Trees should have lesser updates per tick and clumps growth cycles
~ Seasons duration extended a bit 
~ Armor Underwear's adaptive temperature control lining should now be craftable, as opposed to dungeon loot (to make Nether exploration less punishing. Flame Spewers pretty much snipe you already).

+ Added Mekanism (and Generators, no tools), somehow as a technological bridge between Immersive Engineering and Deep Mob Learning
~ a couple of other config edits I forgot to take note of
