Changelog v4.0.0

After some feedback, I've decided to rework progression and clean up a lot of gameplay mechanics. Some mods were removed, others were replaced, and a few new ones were added to better fit the direction of the modpack.

• Removed Nether Remastered, Tough Beginnings, Champions Unofficial, AtomicStryker's Infernal Mobs, Combat Roll, Create: Trading Floor, and the custom Mending trade.
• Reduced structure spacing across the world, making structures much more common.
• Added Gacha Addiction, ParCool, Infinite Trading, Shield & Parry, Colorful Redstone Lamps, Creative Tab Organizer, and [Reforged] Accurate Block Placement.
• Updated several mods to their latest versions, including JEI, Bloods & Bits, Create Aeroworks, Ixeris, Easy Auto Cycler, PolyTone, More Culling, All The Leaks, Create: Dragons Plus, and Easy Mob Spawn Control.
• Updated several configuration files to match the new progression and difficulty balance.
