Changelog - 1.13.0 Slim - A Sophisitcated Update

As the pack has always favored Refined Storage, Tom's has fell by the wayside. In turn I'm integrating Sophisticated Storage alongside a few other minor mods and Create integration for the Sophisticated mods (Yippee!). Better Combat has also been dropped on feedback related to certain bosses in the Twilight Forest dimension and overall flow of combat issues. Epic Knights stays even though it's intended for Better Combat. Updates will now carry names, 1.12 will retroactively be The New Space Update as it is the modpack 2.0 update even if numbered 1.12.
