-Fixed the Death quests to properly appear when you've died.
-Disconnected the life request quests from the death quests so you can request lives from the very beginning.
-Added an item consumption task to the life request quests so they don't always appear as "completed".
-Increased the White Knight Favor cost of Fiery Tears, because there is now a crafting recipe to obtain them.
-Changed the item detection type of Seared Brick in "Epic Ore Processing" to hopefully fix a bug.
-Removed diminishing returns from all Natura berries and the Spinach Roll
-Mithril Bar and Block of Mithril can now be smelted into Molten Mithril in the Smeltery
-Renamed several "Mana Infused" items to "Mithril"
-Added Mithril Bar to oredict entry "mithrilIngot"
-Changed all Mithril armor and tools to use "mithrilIngot" oredict for recipes (so both "Mithril Ingot" and "Mithril Bar" can be used in these recipes)
-Removed the crafting and smeltery recipes for "Mana Infused Block" (thermal foundation)
-Added a smeltery recipe to pour "Block of Mithril" (wildycraft) in the basin! Woohoo!
-Renamed "Fiery Ingot" to "Fiery Rune Ingot"
-Renamed "Knightmetal Ingot" to "Adamant Knightmetal Ingot"
