I changed the config from "Create Picky Wheels" and "Freecam".

Create Picky Wheels: (Client & Server) Now you'll get a buff when placing the waterwheel and windmill in the right place or biome and not a penalty if you don't do it right.

Freecam: (Client) Now you can't fly thru blocks by default.
