Adjustments:

• Macerator now accepts most ores (JEI will not show them) making the pulverizer almost the same. Pulverizer is still better in some cases since the macerator can produce only one output.
• Made possible to get liquid enderpearl, glowstone and redstone by melting them on tinker's smeltery.
• Made possible to smelt most of the tiny and small dusts in the smeltery
• Made possible to get resonant ender by filling an universal fluid cell of liquid enderpearl and placing it on a crafting table.
• Energized glowstone and destabilized redstone can be acquired by the same way as resonant ender but using liquid glowstone and liquid redstone. The fluids can be converted back and forth.
• Salpeter can be obtained by placing a niter dust in a IC2 extractor (JEI won't show it)
• Sawdust can be obtained by placing any log in a macerator (JEI won't show it)
• Improved the main menu (can be laggy in the first 7 seconds after Minecraft loads because it's still loading the background animation)
• Added a default key mapping (will only be applied on new installations)
