MC: The End Times

- Added mod "Starter kit"
- Removed mod "Graveyard Biomes" due to incompatibility

- Configured "Distant Friends" mod to now show other skins than Alex
- Balanced out monsters a bit
- Cleaned up unused files and configs
- Changed menu animation and sound ;)
- Mutant monsters now spawn less often (I apologize for before)
- Disabled Gorgons from Ice and Fire (Too hard to balance. In testing, I one-shot the wither storm with her head.)
- Made the Elenai's Dodge mod feature more fun
- Fixed some quest rewards
- Made the Wither Storm slightly less laggy
