This modpack is meant to be used with distant horizons, when starting a new world it will seem laggy but it will clear up after a few minutes. You can adjust the settings in the options next to the FOV slider if needed. When running a dedicated server it is advised to use Chunky to pregenerate the world before playing.
Minarchy is a grab bag of create and create aeronautics mods that is meant to be played with friends. There is a quest tree that starts from the basics of create and works up to making actual vehicles as well as showing the general tech progression the mod has to offer.
