Fixed crash that was occurring on the server if you explored too far west.
Removed Xaero's world map and minimap until an incompatibility with an other mod is resolved (It's not this mod's fault, but it's easiest to remove it here to fix the crash temporarily)
Removed CTM mod as nothing was using it.
Updated forge version to 40.1.51
