Switched out REI for JEI to fix some compatibility issues

Added configured mod for JEI

Fixed Inventory Profiles Next buttons clipping with other UI elements (hopefully)

Fixed IPN tool replacement warnings appearing

Fixed issue with shaders causing weird transparent cubes (hopefully) can be fixed manually with /flywheel backend off

Some minor issues still remain, but most things should be fixed
