Military Industrial Complex

Changes / Fixes:

• Thornstalks, Cactuses, Eggplants, Leachstone, and Magma Blocks added to #security search tag.
• EnderIO's autocrafters have been enabled because IE's assembler can't do crafttweaker recipes.
• NetherEx's Witherbone Gold Tools have tooltips explaining things about them now.
• Nether Ore harvest levels now mirror their overworld counterparts.
• Mattock from Cyclic has had its price in the shop reduced: I don't know why I thought it was so OP.
• Loading Screens now look more Industrial and Complex, but not more Military.
• Vanilla Tweaks configs all got defaulted in the most recent updates, they have been restored to the settings for the pack.
• Stairs and Slabs that should be fortified, should now be fortified.
• Wether/Whether typos in the guidebook fixed.
• Modular Powersuits Servo Motor recipe adjusted.
• Doomlike Dungeons loot quality increased overall.
