Changes And Fixes

• Rustic Chili peppers can now be used to spice up spicy foods (instead of JUST Blaze powder).
• Spicy foods that called for blaze powder now call for tiny blaze powder, meaning more curry for your hurry.
• Diamonds now can be used to reforge the random quality of any item, including and especially baubles.
• Diamonds now have a tooltip indicating their use as a reforging reagent.
• Quests that called for ingots now accept any ingot of the appropriate type, from any mod.
• Trophies are now shown in JEI and the Creative Tab.
• All Chunk Loader Recipes buffed to be easier to craft.
• All Chunk Loaders have a tooltip detailing their loading range.
• Mining level names on tool tooltips changed to be more comprehensible. (Old ones were a carry over from when the mining progression in early-game was quite different)
• Construction Alloy can be used for a few more things. Mostly construction related!
• Modular Machinery casings now can use iron rods, in addition to construction alloy rods.
• The patch note about random gravel ores spawning in Vanilla gravel veins was a lie. NOW they spawn, for real. Rarely though.
