6.4 the reskillable adjustments update
gone the days where space ores could just be mined. now you need a certain mining level. as for Stargates, those require a certain level of building skill as well, lol. same with Naqudah as that will also require certain skills to mine, lol. other than those big notes which took longer than I wanted to add. just a few mods here and there are getting updated XD
