Config:
Added a lot of ores to the Mineralis Ritual from Astral Sorcery
Disabled Silver and Copper ore generation from Occultism
Enabled Apotheosis minibosses again and changed the spawn chance to 0.5% when a mob sees the sky
Changed Mob spawn rules a bit for In Control
FTBRanks: Each age has now a seperate prefix

Changed orespawn from the Overworld to the Deep Dark dimension:
- Uraninite (Powah)
- Dimensional Shards (RF Tools)
- Osmium Ore (Mekanism)

Scripts:
Fixed some scripts that used items from Libvulpes
Deleted the invisibility effect on login (replaced with Login Shield)
Deleted/Hided copper and silver ores/blocks/ingots/nuggets/dusts from JEI and Loottables
Staged the new mods
