Updated all the mods.
Downgraded citadel again to hopefully fix the ice dragon crash

Known Bug:
Crafter from RS unobtainable when Loot Pet is in your Hotbar

Deleted Mods:
Chunk-Pregenerator (made the lag every 5 minutes, u can still add this by yourself but i would recommend to delete it if you are done pregenning)
Sodium-Reforged (cause a bug with create that create wouldnt render moving tileentities like a windmill/gear/shaft/...) -> Can be added back if you don't use Create

Scripts:
commented out the recipestages code because it shouldn't be needed anymore

config:
made neutral mobs a bit more friendlier again, 20% -> 1% chance to be aggressive
