Disabled replaced all recipes that include mekanism ores with other ores
Added a recipe to make chest out of forge:planks tags (Oh the biomes you'll go planks couldn't be used to craft chests)
Added a recipe to make the MHG modpack guide book
Fixed the staging, this was broken since 0.1.0 (whoops)
Uncommented ItemStages code again, performance should be good now
Hided/deleted properly a lot of duplicate blocks and replaced the recipes with the new output

config:

Switched some of the mekanism ores that spawn into mystical world because of staging
Silent Mechanisms now spawns uranium ore instead of mekanism because of staging
Config for Sodium so the player doesnt need to touch the advanced settings from Sodium. (create entities can be inviseble when Sodium is configurated incorrectly)
Changed most of the Mystical Agriculture recipes
