Aimed at allowing for infinite possible ways to play the game (tech, magic, farming, exploring, crafting) without overhauling the main mechanics of the game.

Description

This modpack was intended to be used on a world of mine and my friends'. However, anyone can use it if they feel they like the content presented.

The idea of the pack is to add many ways to play Minecraft, all vastly different from each other, without overhauling a lot of the core gameplay. There are going to be many things you see in your world with this pack that are new, but all in all, they are not massive overhauls. One does not need to engage in one aspects of a mod if they don't want to. That being said, the biomes and areas you visit will look very new and different. Especially in the End and Nether. First of all, the Nether has one large mod: Incendium, which adds many biomes and structures, but they are made out of vanilla blocks and items. The End on the other hand, in my opinion has been barren for too long. It's about time that it received a good update like the Nether did. So this pack should do that.

In terms of clearly modded content, you have the option to engage in technological innovation, whether mystical with Botania, rustic and steampunk with Create, contemporary with Mekanism or Industrial Foregoing, or futuristic with Draconic Evolution. You can explore countless new biomes, above and below ground. You can travel to 3 different dimensions (Aether, Deep Dark, or Twilight Forest) or explore space with Ad Astra. You can live off the land fishing or farming, with Aquaculture or Farmer's Delight (and addons!) respectively. You can explore the mystic arts, whether with taboo blood rituals in Mahou Tsukai or classic spells and spell books with Are Nouveau. You can customize your weapons and armor with Silent Gear, one of my personal favorites (make sure to go into the config and enable legacy material mixing, it makes the experience 10x better).

This mod also supplies plenty of small to medium additions that can enhance exploration, building, or most importantly improve quality of life. Small Ships, for example, allows you to build grander boats than just rowing around in a dinky little rowboat. Chipped extends the builder's arsenal to practically infinity. There are really no limitations with the mod.

That being said, you can see that this pack really is a choose your own adventure. And that's how my friends and I like it. We each do our own thing, vastly different from each other, but we are still a couple of bros playing Minecraft together.

So that's a lot of mods. You may wonder why there are so many that serve similar functions. Well, my friends and I have different ways we enjoy playing the game, and this allows us to enjoy it in slightly different ways.

There is also one mod I'd like to point out. Sinytra Connector allows you to use Fabric mods with Forge, or at least some Fabric mods. I'm not sure whether CurseForge will allow me to upload a modpack with Fabric mods on a Forge modpack, so I didn't add any. If you'd like to use the one mod (so far) that my friends and I use, add BetterEnd

RESOURCE PACKS

These are obviously togglable, but I added a few just so you can have easy access to them.

Aether Regenerated

This resource pack makes the Aether textures a little more unique

Fresh Animations

This makes every mob feel a bit more alive, with detailed animation.

Mandala's GUI (Dark ModeWhite Mode, and Add-ons)

These packs revamp the default GUI. They also come in white and dark mode.

Recolourful Containers (Dark and Light Mode)

This pack retextures all vanilla containers. It shows the visuals of the container itself in the GUI.

Visual Enchantments

This shows enchantments not just through the glint and description, but in the texture, with a bunch a texture in tools, armor, books, and more.

SHADERS

Also togglable; provided for ease of access.

This modpack changes much about the core Minecraft experience. I wouldn't say it is a Vanilla+ modpack whatsoever. However, I tried to make it so that you can play Minecraft any way you please, avoiding the content of some mods if you so please. Obviously, you can't avoid them all. But there is no huge overhaul mods.

Whether technological innovation and automation, magical spells, exploration of familiar and alien worlds, farming and food, fishing, or building is your thing, this modpack is for you.
