That's ok there's a ton of magical artifacts in places like The Atum or The Twilight Forest or even The Aether. Kill bosses who know how to do magic and get their artifacts and wands to use for yourself! Hunt all kinds of magical and mythological creatures in Ice and Fire. If you totally hate magic you can mess with some good ol' industrial revolution tech with Immersive Engineering and a whole ton of add-ons. Make some trains. Or you could be a dwarf with Embers. That's still tech! Just kinda magical.
Maybe you wanna do some tourism. Well, you're in luck. You can explore an overhauled Nether thanks to NetherEx, and an extensively overhauled overworld. New biomes? Check (Traverse). New flowers?
