Fixed the new panorama and updated a few mods (namely I&F and Embers Rekindled).

If you're experiencing crashes due to Phosphor and Ice and Fire, you will probably want to remove Phosphor (it's still in beta so there's bound to be bugs. I will continue to update the pack with new versions as it becomes more stable.)
